#62 Mason Graf · G/C · Kaukauna Ghosts
Eleven plays from Mason’s own highlight film, tracked by the Ghost Gridiron AI Showcase — opening with the enhanced two-play cut and its slow-motion replay, then nine more plays in reel order. The closing card’s numbers are measured from this film and labeled film-estimated.
Showcase v2 · Enhanced cut · November 1, 2026
What a claimed showcase becomes
Every slot on the board turns into a card and a clip like this once its player claims it himself — one Ghost lit up on every snap, tracked from the snap to the whistle. The example below follows the guard and center snaps from the Pulaski game film. No slot is claimed or cut for anybody: each Ghost claims his own, in his own time.
Film in
One player’s game film, his jersey number, his position, and the plays that show him best. That’s all it takes to start a slot.
AI tracks the player
Detection and tracking software follows the featured Ghost on every snap — through the pile, down the line, snap to whistle — so a coach never has to hunt for him in a crowd of 22.
Showcase out
Two things come back: a spotlight-tracked highlight clip that’s ready to post, and a measurable card built for a coach’s feed. Posting is always the player’s own tap — nothing goes up without him.
Tracked highlight clip
His best plays with a spotlight and trail locked on him from snap to whistle — cut for a phone screen and a coach’s attention span.
Measurable card
A share-ready card — number, school, position, class, and numbers measured from his film, each labeled film-estimated — sized for X and a coach’s inbox.
Coach-ready post copy
The words to post with it: who he is, what a coach is watching, and how to reach him — written so a player can post in one tap and sound like he means business.
Every Ghost has a slot
All 70 players on the 2026 roster — one slot each, held by jersey number, and every slot is a free AI showcase gift waiting to be claimed. Tap your number to see your gift and make it yours.
Your story. Your film. Your call.

Your best film starts here
Three simple steps. No account to create on this showcase site.
- Choose the clearest original video. An uncompressed or high-resolution game-film source gives the best chance of clean player tracking. Compression and blur can limit the result.
- Share a viewing link. Include your jersey number, position, and which snaps matter most. Check that anyone with the link can view the film without signing into your private account.
- Review before public sharing. We contact you by email, confirm permission, and work with you on your film and estimated metrics. No student contact details are made public by this form.
Film-estimated means estimated from footage — not a verified combine result. Coaches and athletes keep the final say over their own stories.
Community wall: the on-page previews are drafts visible only on your device. Use “Send for review” to deliver your message to the private inbox; public posting follows a separate review.
Thank the coaches who built this season
This studio wasn’t made by the coaching staff — it was made for them, and for the players who want one last chance to say thank you. Coach profiles below start as simple skeletons: role only, no names. When a coach claims his profile, it becomes fully his — his story, his seasons, everything he’s done, in his own words.

Leave a shout-out
Players — this is your space. Pick your number, pick who it’s for, and write it like you mean it. Funny, grateful, emotional — it’s yours.
Drafts show only in this session, on this device — nothing is posted or saved automatically. When it sounds right, copy it and post it yourself, wherever you want it seen.
The shout-out wall
Your drafts appear here so you can read them back, fix a word, and copy the one that says it best. Clear the page and they’re gone — so copy the keepers.
Yours can be the first thank-you on the wall.
The town gets a wall, too
For everyone who followed the Ghosts this season — families, neighbors, former Ghosts, and the Ghost football community online. Leave a thank-you, a well-done, a good-luck, or a “loved watching you play” for a player, a coach, or the people who made Friday nights happen. And it goes both ways: players and coaches can use this same wall to thank the community back.
For the kids
Pick a Ghost by jersey number — no names needed. Thank him, tell him great job, or tell him the play you loved watching all season.
For everyone who took part
Coaches by role, the whole staff, parent volunteers, and every volunteer who chained, filmed, cooked, drove, or cleaned up after.
And back to you
Players and coaches: use the form below to thank the stands, the families, and the volunteers right back. Support runs both directions here.
Post a community shout-out
Write it here, read it back on the wall, then copy it and post it yourself — on the Ghost football Facebook community, on X, or wherever your people will see it.
Players and coaches are reached by number and role only — no names are listed on this page. Your draft shows only in this session, on this device; nothing is posted or saved automatically. Copy it and post it yourself so it lands under your own name, on your own account.
The community wall
Your shout-outs appear here so you can read them back, fix a word, and copy the one that says it best. Clear the page and they’re gone — so copy the keepers and post them where the community gathers.
Yours can be the first thank-you on this wall.
Back the Ghosts
Local businesses can pledge $5, $10, or $15 — or any other amount — to support Kaukauna Ghosts athletics, this season or next. It’s a community offer: the town’s businesses standing behind the town’s team.
Make a pledge
A pledge is a promise, not a payment. No card is taken and nothing is charged today — you’re simply putting your business’s name down in support.
Built so a busy coach actually watches
Recruiting film gets about fifteen seconds to earn the next fifteen. Every Ghost Gridiron showcase is built for that reality.
What lands in your feed
- A tracked clip — the player is spotlighted on every snap; no pausing to find a jersey number in the pile.
- A measurable card — position, class, size, and film-derived numbers in one glance.
- Full-game film on file — every showcase starts from complete game footage, not a cherry-picked reel with the bad snaps cut out.
How the numbers work
- Measured on film — a number appears only when it was measured on that player’s actual footage.
- Labeled film-estimated — game-film measurements are estimates from footage, not combine-verified figures.
- Posted by the player — showcases reach you from the athlete’s own account, with his own contact path.
A clip on the surface.
A full analysis system under it.
The showcase is the part you see. Underneath it sits the full Ghost Gridiron football analysis system — the same build that reads every snap of a game and turns it into a player’s complete record. This is what a claimed slot actually plugs into.
Every snap, every player
The system works from complete game film — offense, defense, and special teams, first snap to last. Every player on the field is accounted for on every play, not just the one carrying the ball. A lineman’s season is in there snap by snap, whether a camera ever followed him or not.
Detection and tracking
Computer vision detects each player and holds his track through the play — through contact, through the pile, across the formation. That track is what puts the spotlight on a Ghost in his showcase clip, and it’s what lets the system grade the play he actually made instead of the one the camera happened to catch.
Movement, measured
From those tracks come the numbers on the card: get-off, movement, and finish, measured from the footage itself and labeled film-estimated. Play after play, game after game, they build a measurable profile of how a player moves — the profile a college coach reads in the first fifteen seconds.
Built to keep players on the field
The same movement record is where the system is headed next: workload and injury prevention. Snap counts, high-effort reps, and movement patterns tracked across a season show how a player is holding up — the information a program needs before a small problem becomes a missed season. The recruiting showcase is one output of that record. Protecting the player is the other.
A gift today. A door tomorrow.
This board is the front door to Ghost Gridiron opening up — a full recruiting platform, so a player doesn’t have to sit and wait to be discovered. Claim the gift, build the card, and the next step is reaching the coaches yourself.
Head coaches already built into the Ghost Gridiron directory — real programs with real rosters to fill, all in one place to aim your film.
Of those 663 head coaches, 106 have public email contacts in the directory — a direct line to the head coach, no gatekeeper in between.
Your tracked clip and your measurable card, sent by you to the coaches you choose. That’s what this gift is the first step toward.
The showcase comes first because it’s the part a coach actually opens: a player, lit up on every snap, with film-measured numbers attached. When Ghost Gridiron opens, the Ghosts who claimed their gifts here are already holding theirs.
This board is a gift.
Ghost Gridiron is the program.
Ghost Gridiron is built and run by NextGen AI LLC. It builds AI showcases that get high school players seen — tracked film, film-measured numbers, and posts a coach can’t scroll past. The Kaukauna board is where it starts: a full roster, gifted free, because these Ghosts earned it on the field.
The same showcase is headed to more teams and more schools next. If your program wants its roster on a board like this one — every player, every number, nobody left as a face in the pile — that conversation starts with Ghost Gridiron.
